We have a small team of full time employees and then employ upoto twenty staff members during the busy harvest period. As a small family business we spent most of the off seaon performing maintenance.
Ian Bourke
Founder of Ian Bourke Harvesting and second generation harvesting contractor.
Matt Bourke
Qualified welder and director of Bourke Harvesting. Matt is a third generation contractor.
Chris Carlisle
Head mechanic, Chris has worked with Ian & Matt for over 10 years.
